In this document, "Platform" refers to the cd44bet.cam website and its Android and iOS applications. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who uses the platform through a registered account on cd44. "Service" refers to sports betting, casino games, live casino and all other gaming features provided by cd44.

"Bonus" refers to additional funds or benefits provided by cd44 under specific conditions. "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times bonus funds must be bet before they can be withdrawn.

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use the cd44 platform:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided must be true, complete and up to date.
• A person may open only one account — multiple accounts from the same person, device, IP address or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• Operating an account on behalf of someone else or using a third party's funds is prohibited.

cd44 may at any time request a national ID card, passport or other government-issued document for identity verification purposes. cd44 reserves the right to suspend an account if the required documents are not provided.

Registration on cd44 is completely free. During registration you will need to provide a valid mobile number, email address and a strong password. OTP verification is mandatory during the registration process.

3.1 Password and Account Security

Keeping your account login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Change your password regularly and never share it with a third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the cd44 support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If your name, address, mobile number or payment details change, you must update them in your account as soon as possible. cd44 will not be responsible for any payment delays or holds caused by outdated or incorrect information.

The following payment methods are available for deposits and withdrawals on cd44: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank).

4.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (all methods)

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Full identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request. Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified accounts.

4.3 Payment Method Consistency

Withdrawals will generally be made via the same method used for the deposit. cd44 may request additional verification for withdrawals via a different method. In all cases, deposits and withdrawals must be made to and from an account in the same name.

cd44 offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. To claim this bonus, the member must select the relevant promo code or option at the time of their first deposit.

5.1 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must bet 15 times the bonus amount. Withdrawals from bonus funds will not be permitted until the wagering requirement is met. Wagering is counted only from bets placed on designated games on the cd44 platform.

5.2 Conditions for Bonus Cancellation

• If multiple bonuses are claimed from the same account, both bonuses will be cancelled.
• cd44 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if any irregular or unusual betting pattern is identified using bonus funds.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

cd44 periodically provides weekly cashback and other promotional offers for VIP members. Each promotion has its own terms, which are set out in the relevant offer details.

All bets placed on the cd44 platform are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed; however, cd44 reserves the right to void a bet if a technical error is detected in the relevant event or game.

6.1 Sports Betting

Odds displayed for sports betting are subject to change — the odds applicable at the time the bet is confirmed will be used for settlement. If a match or tournament is not completed within the scheduled time, cd44 will settle it according to its own rules.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

cd44's casino games are powered by software from international game providers using a random number generator (RNG). Each game result is entirely independent — the outcome of a previous game does not affect the next game.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using any artificial or automated software.
• Deliberately arranging to lose or betting against each other in order to obtain a bonus.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or error in the cd44 platform.
• Causing harm to another user through fraudulent means.

If any of the above prohibited activities are identified, cd44 may suspend the account and confiscate the associated funds without prior notice.

The cd44 VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated on the basis of net losses for the week (total losses minus total winnings). For example, a Gold-level member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

Cashback is automatically credited to the account every Monday and is available for immediate use. Progression to a higher VIP level depends on consistent activity and engagement on the platform.

10.1 Account Closure by cd44

cd44 reserves the right to permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• A serious breach of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Providing false information during identity verification.
• If a registered user is found to be under 21 years of age.

If an account is closed under these circumstances, cd44 will use its discretion to decide whether to retain or return the funds.

cd44 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. cd44 will not be liable for any loss caused by internet disconnection, third-party software errors or any other external factor. cd44 may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance at any time without prior notice.

If a bet is incorrectly accepted or rejected due to a technical issue, cd44 reserves the right to correct it. In such cases the user's deposited funds will be restored, but no claim for expected profits will be accepted.

cd44 reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
